New Workshops Added for the 2023-2024 School Year

A new school year is upon us, and with that, ChildBuilders’ Webinar Series for Parents, Caregivers, and Educators is in full swing! In addition to our popular offerings from last year, we have added two new webinars and expanded one into two.

  • For educators, check out Mind Matters: Overcoming Adversity and Building Resilience and Cultivating Healthy Classrooms with Empathy and Connection.
  • For parents, our popular Parenting With Empathy program is now a series of two webinars. Part 1 is about Creating a Nurturing Environment for Children and Part 2 deals with Connection and Correction, or how to use empathy in discipline.

View, download, and share our flyers with parents, educators, and anyone involved in the lives of children. Webinars listed on our calendar are FREE to you thanks to our funders. Webinars for parents and caregivers are presented in English with simultaneous Spanish interpretation. Webinars for educators include 1 hours of free CE credits for Texas teachers, social workers, and LPC’s.

You can always contact our team to book an in-person or virtual workshop for your group. In many cases, we have grant funding to be able to accommodate these bookings for free or reduced cost. Contact Gretchen Lash at glash@childbuilders.org.
