The Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of ChildBuilders.org (the “Site”) and ChildBuilders’ curriculum binders, materials, and online resources (the “Materials”). All content offered in the Materials and on the Site, including trademarks, service marks, and logos, are owned and licensed by ChildBuilders and provided “as is.”
The Materials are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of these resources constitutes your agreement to all Terms.
Use of the Site
Online access to protected areas of ChildBuilders.org is granted to trained individuals only.
Accounts at ChildBuilders.org belong to the individual who was trained by ChildBuilders; access and login details may not be shared.
Online files and curriculum materials may be used only as part of a trained individual’s program implementation in their own classrooms and may not be copied, duplicated, or shared in any way.
Downloaded curriculum materials may not be shared, digitally transmitted, or uploaded to any website or server.
Use of ChildBuilders’ Curricula
Training is required in order to present ChildBuilders’ programs. Each program has unique training requirements and must be arranged with ChildBuilders’ staff. Depending on the program, training is offered face to face or via video conferencing (Zoom/Teams).
Training may be provided ONLY by ChildBuilders’ authorized personnel. Training may not be conducted by school personnel or third-party representatives.
Curriculum materials may be printed/photocopied ONLY to facilitate program implementation by a trained presenter.
Parent Guide handouts and Home/Family Connections may be printed/photocopied and sent home to families of students receiving the program.
Any use of the Site or the Materials that is not authorized by these Terms could be a violation of United States Copyright Law.
ChildBuilders reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Materials and ChildBuilders.org are offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
