Becky Zech-Stephenson is a retired public school Counselor with 41 years of experience in education, including 38 years in elementary settings. Throughout her career, Becky has been driven by a passion for supporting children’s emotional development and teaching the life skills that foster confidence, self-efficacy, and personal safety.

She currently contracts with Child Builders and serves part-time as a counselor and social-emotional specialist in an early childhood center. In this role, she embraces early intervention and works closely with children, parents, and care-givers.

Becky is also a proud mom of two successful daughters and finds great joy in spending time with her children, grandchildren, and extended family in Michigan. Her family remains one of her greatest sources of pride, inspiration, and happiness.
